At Elhaj, we understand the hustle of starting a business and the fear of a big price tag snuffing out a small dream. So, we defied the industry, building high-quality food trucks at prices that wouldn’t strain your finances.

This awesome 20’ concession trailer was built for Fox Tail Wine Bar in Hampton, VA. Co-owner Justin is a classically trained chef, as is his partner. They have been cooking in a small space and wanted a larger kitchen but did not want to invest in a costly addition to their brick and mortar winery. The owners had this awesome trailer built by Elhaj custom food trucks to increase their menu options, service, revenue and further bring to fruition their business model. We are wishing them much success and can’t wait to visit and sip some delicious wine and nibble on some fantastic cuisine!

Teamelhaj is giving a big shout out to Bert's Entertainment Complex in Detroit this totally awesome brick and mortor restaraunt houses a warehouse theater, jazz room and Motown room in the heart of Detroit! Like many restaurant owners, owner Jai-lee has decided to supplement his business with a fabulous food-truck built and wrapped by Elhaj custom food trucks and the wrap shop at Elhaj. Hailing from Mahawken, New Jersey of the Garden State, Lunch Wagon Food Truck was already operating a successful mobile restaurant. But their loyal and hungry clientele was growing, and Lunch Wagon needed more space. Owner, Charlene, found Elhaj Custom Food Trucks, and she purchased a 26’ truck with an 18’ box. Team Elhaj, working in conjunction with Charlene, built her a state-of-the-art customized kitchen and a fully functional food truck! Now, she has the space she needs to keep serving up Lunch Wagon’s specialties: chicken and beef cheese steaks, sausage subs, hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken tenders, grilled cheese, mozzarella sticks, fried mushrooms and Tater tots! This fabulous, and spacious, kitchen is loaded with everything Lunch Wagon Food Truck needs to pass inspection and function as a mobile restaurant with brand new hot and cold equipment, custom serving window with moveable screen, drop down stainless steel shelf, generator box, propane tank, hood, exhaust fan and so much more!
