What is the typical turnaround time for a custom food truck/trailer build?
Could be as early as 4-6 weeks and for more in depth builds up to 8-10 weeks.
What kind of material and equipment that you use?
We use ETL and NSF approved commercial equipment.

How does after sales support work?
If there is any issue post purchase our sales team will work to help direct you to solve your issues and troubleshoot anything that you need guidance with.
Are there financing options available for purchasing a custom food truck?
We do not offer in-house financing, but we will work with any lender that gets you approved for financing.
Do you offer warranties or service plans for the food trucks post purchase?
We do not offer a warranty on the vehicle or trailer. We do, however, offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on the kitchen equipment.
Do you rent or lease your food trucks/trailers?
No, we do not offer any rent to own or leasing programs. All our builds are custom built and designed exclusively to meet the needs of our customers.
Could you customize your own truck or trailer?
Yes, you can provide your own truck or trailer. We will work with you to customize it to fit your needs.
Could I supply my own equipment?
Yes, if you have your own equipment we can mount and install it in your kitchen.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, you can pick up the truck or trailer yourself, or we can have a third-party transportation company that we work with to deliver right to your location.
What is your pickup process?
Once the build is complete, we require you to visit our facility for an orientation to learn how to use and operate your brand-new kitchen. We will also complete any final paperwork and reassign titling.
